唐平平 博士


唐平平,男,漢族,1991年生,江西吉安人,現(xiàn)在桂林理工大學(xué)化學(xué)與生物工程學(xué)院從事教學(xué)與科研工作。

主要從事生物質(zhì)資源高值化利用、膠原蛋白功能化改性、食品包裝膜及其應(yīng)用方面的研究工作,相關(guān)研究發(fā)表在Food ChemistryFood Packaging and Shelf LifePolymer Degradation and Stability等刊物。
