張淑華 教授

 張淑華,男,漢族,1970年生,湖南邵陽人,二級教授。1993年畢業(yè)于湖南邵陽學(xué)院化學(xué)工程專業(yè),20026月獲廣西師范大學(xué)無機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位,20093月獲南京大學(xué)無機(jī)化學(xué)理學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位。2002年起在桂林工學(xué)院工作,2006年破格晉升為副研究員,2007年聘為化學(xué)工程與工藝專業(yè)碩士生導(dǎo)師,2009年晉升為教授。20123-20128月,英國Middlexsex University大學(xué)高級訪問學(xué)者。201310-201410月,San Jose State University訪問學(xué)者。廣西高校優(yōu)秀人才項目獲得者,廣西第一屆優(yōu)秀青年骨干教師項目獲得者。2017年聘為材料科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)博士生導(dǎo)師。核心期刊《合成化學(xué)》編委;記功一次。

張淑華教授長期從事功能材料的設(shè)計、合成及性能探索工作。在金屬簇合物、磁性功能配合物的系統(tǒng)研究中構(gòu)筑了近300個結(jié)構(gòu)新穎的化合物,均拿到單晶衍射結(jié)構(gòu)數(shù)據(jù)。作為負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)了國家自然科學(xué)基金,廣西自然科學(xué)基金等項目10余項。申請國家發(fā)明專利192項,已獲得授權(quán)35項。作為主要作者發(fā)表論文200余篇,SCI收錄170余篇,SCI引用超過1500次;受邀成為Journal of the Americal Chemistry Society, Dalton Transaction, Arabian Journal of Chemistry, Supramolecular Chemistry, Journal of Solid State Chemistry, Journal of Coordination Chemistry, Journal of Molecular Structure, Journal of Cluster Science, Z. Anorg. Allg. Chem., Applied Organometallic Chemistry等國際期刊及無機(jī)化學(xué),結(jié)構(gòu)化學(xué)等國內(nèi)期刊的審稿人。

2013年或廣西自然科學(xué)三等獎1項(獲獎證書號:2013-Z-3-003-01),2006年獲廣西科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎三等獎1項(證書號:2006-3-071-03)。已主講4門研究生課程:《固體無機(jī)化學(xué)》、《功能有機(jī)材料》、《化工測試技術(shù)》、《化工論文閱讀與寫作》;講授本科生課程有《普通化學(xué)》、《無機(jī)化學(xué)》、《有機(jī)化學(xué)》、《化學(xué)工程基礎(chǔ)》、《化工制圖》、《化工設(shè)備與過程開發(fā)》等。指導(dǎo)近40名本科畢業(yè)論文;指導(dǎo)碩士生37名(已畢業(yè)24名),博士研究生1名,其中有12名考上重點(diǎn)大學(xué)等博士研究生。8人次獲得國家獎學(xué)金,獲2019年桂林理工大學(xué)優(yōu)秀研究生指導(dǎo)教師。

近年來教學(xué)方面的業(yè)績

主持廣西教育科學(xué)“十二五”規(guī)劃2011年度立項課題(No. 2011C0026)1項,負(fù)責(zé)卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計劃化學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域全日制工程碩士建設(shè)。參加化學(xué)工程與工藝國家級特色專業(yè)、化學(xué)化工區(qū)級教學(xué)團(tuán)隊、廣西高等學(xué)校特色專業(yè)及課程一體化、化學(xué)工程與工藝專業(yè)教育部“卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計劃”以及協(xié)同創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊建設(shè),發(fā)表教改論文9篇,是《現(xiàn)代精細(xì)化工生產(chǎn)工藝流程圖解》的副主編,參加《大學(xué)化學(xué)》教材的編寫工作。“一目標(biāo)二融合三保障四舉措,八年卓越班工程師教育實驗班的探索與實踐”,榮獲廣西教學(xué)成果獎特等獎(排名第七),“平臺+案例”提升化學(xué)化工類研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的研究與實踐”,榮獲廣西教學(xué)成果獎三等獎(排名第一),“地方高校化學(xué)化工專業(yè)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同育人的研究與實踐”,榮獲廣西教學(xué)成果獎二等獎(排名第六)
